Taking That First Step...

My name is Ravyn and here's a story for you guys....

I have a 2 year old daughter and a wonderful husband. I have a normal 9-5 Monday thru Friday job. I drop my daughter, Ryleigh off at daycare every morning at 8:30. Well, after a while of watching my daughter's heart break every morning because she didnt want to stay there without me, i got an idea. What if i started looking for a "work at home job." So, i joined a website called Cafemom.com. And i searched for groups of WAHM's to help me out. I was contacted by tons and tons of moms who had a "wonderful business opportunity" for me!! Everyone thought they had the best business in the world! I was going to be the judge of that! I was finally contacted by a lady named Edie. She didnt reply to the posts i put in the forums. She sent me a private message and actually gave me information that caught my attention. She didnt advertise her company...she talked to me like a normal person.

So, I then set up an appointment to talk to her about her company. Well, i missed that first appointment...

I emailed her the next day, and told her i was still interested. We then set up another appointment for that afternoon. After she explained everything to me, i was completely enthralled by everything she had to say. I loved the way she made her company sound! And i couldnt wait to become a customer and to start making referrals for that company.

I've been doing this for only a short time, but here's what i've learned about WORKING from home...

How many people out there are really willing to put the time that is required into a HOME BUSINESS??I find that most people looking for work at home want something that is going to be quick and easy, and will earn them the income it takes to run the household from home.

Well, let me tell you something...it doesnt work that way! YOU have to WANT to make your business work!!! YOU have to WANT to make that money! And YOU have to STRIVE to do your very best in order to reach the goals you set for yourself!!!
